Finding the right well driller

Well Drilling Comments Off on Finding the right well driller

Drilling a well is more complex than people seem to think. There are a lot of things that have to be taken in consideration when drilling a water well. Whats the aquifer level around the area? What type of ground or rock will be drilling through? Are you going to drill with water, or with air?

Not only that, but there’s also a lot of thought that goes into setting up the well after it has been drilled. What type of fitting are you going to use? How will you coat the inner wall of the well to protect the water source from foreign materials? What type of screen will you use to filter water into the well?

While some of these questions may be obvious, if not taken care of properly you could end up with several problems. You could drill just enough to hit a small vein of water, but not far enough to provide the water you need. Materials could be used that while saving a little money at the time of purchase, end up costing more when they corrode. The well could be set in a way that allows sand and sediment to seep through to your home.

When looking for a well drilling contractor, you have to make sure that you pay attention at how they do things, and what materials they use. Do a bit of research to find a company that will provide you with a top quality well that will last you for years to come!

At C&J Well Drilling, we know and understand the importance of delivering a quality water system for your home. That’s why we use only the best materials when constructing your well and water system. We also pride ourselves on being selective when choosing an aquifer for your water well system.
